Specification:

ASTM F899/ASTM A564/AMS5629H

Introduce:

Precipitation hardening stainless steel is a type of stainless steel whose hardness and strength are improved by precipitation hardening treatment (aging), with an austenitic or martensitic matrix. It has excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and good machinability. The material usually contains high levels of chromium and nickel, with the addition of elements such as molybdenum, titanium and aluminium to enhance corrosion resistance, toughness and machinability. Due to these properties, precipitation hardening stainless steels are widely used in medical devices and surgical instruments, meeting the requirements of high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and good toughness to ensure their safety and effectiveness.
